Hey there! I'm Aastha, and I'm looking for a role in Talent Acquisition and People Ops. My academic background and career so far has been anything but one-dimensional. I have experience in handling recruitment and people operations for small teams. In both my bachelor's and master's, I've handled various operational and extracurricular responsibilities. I've also tested my luck (and the limits of my resilience :)) at the civil services examination for a few years.
