Trainee in BS PPC for Merchandising and Planning Activities. Responsible for different following up from production team for timely dispatch.1. Sample Preparation :- 1.1 To prepare & maintain approved samples at all stages /operation.2. Inspection and Approval :- 2.1 To give approval for cut plan of fabric rugs, have through knowledge of fabric shrinkage for calculation of the cutting pattern. 2.2 To conduct pilot run & facilitate/coordinate with other depts. 2.3 To conduct online inspection based on requirements.3. Team Management :- 3.1 To manage the team of TQM workmen working in cut & sew area. 3.2 Provide the training & awareness to TQM workmen & thereby improve the product & process quality.4. Troubleshoot :- 4.1 To assist in troubleshooting the issue arising in stitching & ensure product quality as per buyer standards. 4.2 To troubleshoot issue occurring in layering, cutting (both manual & Gerber), guide the TQM workmen on various quality aspects & ensure the quality of the product at cutting stages. 4.3 To troubleshoot and suggest measures to improve product quality on regular basis. 5. Record Keeping :- 5.1 To ensure maintenance of relevant quality records, cross checking & verification & ensure compliance as per both technical & social requirement.
