• I worked under the R&D team to implement RAG pipelines for scaling Vectara end on the DeepLogicAI’s enterprise-level search solutions. This involved thorough experimentations with various embeddings and RAG components.• Experimented with over a dozen permutations of pipelines for components like Re-ranker, Chunking, Indexing, etc.• Worked with open-source models like ColBERT V2 and wrappers like RAGatoullie.• Gained meaningful experience with FastAPIs diving deep into the deployment and testing codebase for implementing the new RAG pipeline for enterprise search.

• Worked with various open-source Vision Language Models and GNNs for Optical Character Recognition Task. This was done to replace the current paddleOCR-based solution and enhance performance on retaining table structures in documents. Compare the results of open-source VLLMs with paid solutions and set custom benchmarks for OCR.• Integrated Intent and Entity classification solutions with the help of wit.ai and other open-source models.• Created Python APIs to wrap various anomaly detection models for production. Also worked with real-time audio processing and visual image search models.
