It fueled my drive to succeed, landing my first role as a Pharma Representative in 2013. Starting with ophthalmology at Centaur Pharma, I soaked up knowledge and quickly aced their training program.Results followed passion. Within months, I became a top All-India salesman, exceeding sales targets and earning prestigious awards. But challenges arose – product shortages forced a division closure. This wasn't a setback, but a springboard.Embracing change, I joined IPCA Pharma's new ophthalmology division. Expanding my coverage area, I honed my skills for 18 months. Yet, my ambition craved more. I sought growth in the cardio-diabetic segment.Opportunity knocked with Micro Labs' new Diabetic task force. Here, I thrived for 20 months, even qualifying for a Dubai trip through stellar sales performance.The MNC dream materialized with Zydus Healthcare. Joining in 2018, I faced a sudden division merge and relocation. Adapting swiftly, I proved my mettle in the new headquarters.Then came Novo Nordisk, a giant leap. Recognition poured in – product achievement awards, yearly accolades, incentives, and even company shares. Yet, a yearning for online exploration emerged.Taking a calculated risk, I co-founded a marketing startup in 2023. Connecting media buyers with needed services, I gained valuable experience. However, a year later, reality set in – financially, it wasn't sustainable.This isn't a dead end, it's a detour. My time in media opened my eyes to diverse opportunities. But it also reaffirmed my passion – pharmaceutical sales. It's where I thrived, grew, and felt most fulfilled.Now, I'm ready to reignite that flame. I bring a wealth of experience, adaptability, and a relentless drive. I'm eager to contribute as a Senior Sales Executive or Area Sales Manager, ultimately aiming for Regional and National Sales Manager roles.My journey may not be linear, but my commitment to pharma sales is unwavering.
