As the National Head Agri at IDFC FIRST Bank, I oversee product development, portfolio management, and sales for the agri business vertical, catering to the needs of rural and semi-urban customers across India.My core competencies include key account management, analytical skills, market research, and design thinking. I have a passion for data-driven decision making and innovation, which led me to pursue a Diploma in Data Science from IIT Madras and a Stanford Design Thinking course. I also have a strong academic background in rural management from IRMA and business law from NLSIU, which enables me to understand the legal and regulatory aspects of the banking sector.
