Obtaining and providing all relevant trade compliance certificates to nominated building inspector.Management of electronic job folders and files including client inclusions, specifications, colour selections and upgrade pricing.Assisting project manager and site supervisors during all phases of the construction process.Assisting the site team with any queries related to contract inclusions, colour selection or variations.Ongoing reporting, paperwork and admin work such as applying for credit applications as required.
