As a technical manager my responsibilities are:- Leading a group of analyse technicians who are repairing, reworking power supplies- Manage and organize their job at our and customers site in many European countries- Set up new rework processes- Travel to customer's site to ensure the proper process implementation- Keep in touch with customers- Representative of the managing director

As a repair technician my job were- receiving field return units in SAP- analyse and repair power supplies using schematics and specifications- fill out the necessary documentations and use SAP recording unit and RMA data- rework power supplies at customers sites in Europe
