R&D Manager for business unit Paper & Packaging. Working in R&D of binders for paper coating and water based barrier coatings, and managing a team of four laboratory specialists/technicians. Main responsibilities include planning and executing R&D projects to meet set targets, assigning technical sales/R&D/production support laboratory work, developing laboratory methods and use of devices, project management, and representing the company in partner association groups & joint R&D projects. Collaborating closely with Paper & Packaging technical sales team, and other internal R&D and laboratory teams.

Managing a smaller sub-project, developing laboratory methods including breaking in new devices & varied tasks including laboratory work and R&D

Technical sales/R&D/Production support laboratory work, including continuation of Master's thesis related work.
