As the vision carrier and lead, my responsibilities involve:- Developing the business plan -Roll out the mission of this social enterprise, guide operations, recruit talent and build a strategic team-Ensure the product roadmap is in alignment with the vision- Ccreate and monitor key performance indicators-Fundraise and manage finances and other resources -Marketing and Communications-Leading planning meetings-Relationship building- Building the brand-Engagement with relevant authorities to ensure compliance.
