Through this process, I managed complex schedules, including processing, delivery, and all personnel within my department. I communicated with customers on a regular basis, nailing down their delivery details and providing only the best customer service and professionalism. In this position, I accomplished many key items, most importantly the following:• I was given the Special Recognition Award for my significant assistance on a team that managed the PE alternative supply during the Jetty outage. We provided continuous supply, has zero HSSE impact, and improved customer service. • My team also exceeded all of our targets for the year, delivering 102% of DFA, improving CSI by 10%, and reducing stock out to 0.9%.• I earned two nominations for Excellence awards, additionally earning acknowledgement for positively transforming the culture of service delivery and making customers feel more valued. • Finally, I improved fleet utilization to avoid an underutilization claim of 20M ZAR from the Transport Hauliers.
