In addition, she actively participates on the planning of the yearly workshop for Admin staff on the field, including logistics for the event. Among other achievements, she managed to finalize a proper handover with the former WFP landlord after several months of difficult negotiations; she properly follow up the convocation of the LPSB and she ensure that proposals were implemented as required and; travels for CO were processed within the time limits. In summary, Misrak has prove several times that she posses excellent managerial skills, and she has prove to be a team player highly committed with WFP.
