The systems that are meant to save you, break you. The people that are supposed to protect you, hurt you, The services that are paid to keep you safe, healthy and out of harm, silence you. In a country where mental health is on the rise, and the NHS is failing, how many more people have to die before those with the power, the money, the stability listen to the voices they have silenced for years? When will the police be made accountable for their actions? Rapists punished for their crimes? Hospitals made accountable for their failures? How has the UK got this bad? In all the public care sectors, the care element has gone. There is no care in social, mental health or physical health, the services can't even communicate with each other to get a joint care package. Parity Of Esteem? The Mental health trust don't even understand it.
