I'm currently employed, and that employer knows I want to do something different. I'm seeking opportunities working in direct community services in a coordinator/specialist role. CRM database tracking and government/community office support roles are also of interest. I've always had the leadership mentality that presents in various ways. Regardless of the position I hold, I create, manage, or develop something new to help others in some shape or form. I'm a kind person, and helping others is my calling. This explains the fulfillment I feel when I do my part to help. Within community/social services, all I can do is get better at it in roles that allow me to strengthen the quality skills I have and challenge me to grow as I learn and take on more responsibility. With life coaching, I'm taking master certification courses to further my goals in that industry. I consider life coaching to be a part of community services as well.I desire to continue my career path toward higher and better so that I can provide more and better to others. No matter where I work, I'll do what I always do and that's to give my best. It's a blessing to serve and support, and to this day, I continue to give some type of support to individuals and families in one way or another regardless of the roles in which I work.While working as a services coordinator, besides interacting with the participants, I really enjoyed the clerical and management part of my work: * Using Salesforce* Designing and writing newsletters and flyers* Brainstorming resources and programs to develop, then bring that support, enjoyment and life enrichment to the community* Speaking to vendors* Developing community partnerships* All other duties that involved the behind-the-scenes aspect of the jobI don't want to do the bare minimum and don't want to work with unethical people who tell me to do so when my employer and I expect more from me. People in need of support and assistance to grow and thrive are worth more and better than mediocrity.
