Emma Jenkins Email and Phone Number
I've always been fascinated by people, business and culture, so I knew back in my school days that a career in Human Resources was for me. I've since dedicated my career to the world of people and culture, and in 2020 founded my own business, Mission HR, helping scaling businesses achieve their mission through their people (see what I did there!). I'm passionate about making a difference and leaving a lasting (and positive!) impact upon people and businesses that I work with. This means helping purpose-driven and values-led businesses infuse their values through all they do that impacts their people. It also involves helping them build, curate, change and embed the right culture for their business to enable maximum impact, engagement, and success, whatever that may look like for each unique business and its founder(s). At Mission HR, I act as a trusted partner, working through all elements of the journey an employee goes through with their employer. This involves embracing and promoting challenge, establishing and enhancing effective practices and frameworks, codifying culture to prepare for and facilitate growth and change.. and a few other useful things too!. I really enjoy guiding, developing and coaching leaders, helping businesses navigate challenging people issues in the way that is right for their business, and seeing the positive impact this can have in so many ways. I'm constantly told that I'm unique in my approach to people and culture. I'll certainly always focus on what you can do with a positive attitude, quickly identify your biggest challenges and their potential causes, and gain a deep understanding of what works (and doesn't) in terms of people in your business. My calm, objective, friendly but focused, highly strategic, commercial but compassionate approach to all I do, and my deep expertise in HR, builds trust - and I help build your confidence in finding the right culture so your business and your people thrive.I'd love to connect, chat and learn more about you, your people, your business and your culture!
