They work with college students on campus and hire them as "student translators" or brand ambassadors so they can advertise directly to college students on campus. I've worked with Fluent Grp as a brand ambassador for Zipcar for almost a year now and I love it. This was my first exposure to the marketing field and after working to promote Zipcar on campus my experience and confidence in marketing has skyrocketed.
