With over thirty years in finance, half of those within the profit for purpose sector, Tracey has acquired substantial business modelling skills which she utilises to help arts organisations, charities and CICs make the most of what they have and find more of what they need. This required that I concentrate on the development of all earned income streams including the café, craft retail, own arts scheme, education program and artist support.• Introduced corporate and individual friends’ schemes, increased donations, developed a paid membership scheme for artists and expanded the fundraising program whilst simultaneously encouraging partnership working to reduce costs.• Managed a staff of 12 talented people and 30 volunteers and reported directly to the board of trustees, Arts Council England, Charities Commission and Portsmouth City Council.

• The Financial Manager’s role grew with me from book-keeping one day a week to a significant contributor to the strategic growth of the Trust. • Created a stock control system for the craft retail space and reported on all earned income activity to the Board of Trustees. I worked with the Director to create and monitor budgets across the organisation.• Designed administrative systems to account for time off in lieu, holidays, expenses, takings and payments. • Monitored all bank accounts and investments, reporting directly to the Governance Subcommittee.
