Diverse background that ranges primarily from experience in training, customer service, implementation, & software consultation that majority fall under the management umbrella. Within the management field, I've had the opportunity to explore project management which consisted of EMR training & software support for medical staff who were transitioning from paper records to electronic medical records. Also, within management I've had a successful transition to the healthcare field, where I managed a team of employees for a Medicaid insurance plan. This role allowed me to incorporate my training abilities, handle day to day operations, & be active with employee development. I've had the opportunity to transition into account management, which enhanced my experience within the staffing Industry. Outside of the management role, I was able to incorporate my more creative side, by spearheading employee engagement efforts in which Event Management is what my degree consists of. Within my recent role, I was able to continue consulting with a large range of clients to provide direct software support & troubleshooting. I get the most joy out of helping others, being able to implement my creative ideas, & producing results.
