I worked as a Community Co-Director on the GLEAM Board of Directors at Microsoft. GLEAM is the internal LGBTQ+ employee resource group at Microsoft and it was my pleasure to encourage community and a supportive culture for our LGBTQ+ employees at Microsoft.

Responsible for planning, designing and implementing IT solutions primarily for the SMB market. My skill set revolves around Office 365, Exchange 2003-2013, Active Directory, ADFS, Windows Azure, and Microsoft's Enterprise Mobility Suite. I also have experience with all versions of Windows Server, Hyper-V and VMWare management, switch/router configuration, and firewall configuration, along with strong troubleshooting skills with regards to all aspects of network and server infrastructure.I am capable and experienced in performing customer facing workshops, and creating technical planning and design documents which are used as a basis for project implementation. I also create documentation based around implemented solutions. I have deployment experience with organisations up to 2,000 users.
