I have always had a passion for working alongside people to improve their lives, their work, or their situations. My professional experience has allowed me the opportunity to apply this passion for continuous improvement in many facets of work. I've worked with small scale famers growing coffee around the globe to multi-million dollar business owners in boardrooms around the country. Although the work may look very different, the passion and drive for improving their lives, their work, and their situations looks the same. Driving strategy and inspiring those to reach their full potential is what I do. I love it! Having run my own business, built from the ground up, I bring a unique perspective that helps inform strategy every day with the businesses I work with. I pull on my years of experience in Problem Solving, Strategic Planning and Development, Sales Operations, Project Management, and Team Building to be successful no matter what problem we are trying to solve. I like to think about strategic planning as a journey. No matter what you are looking to improve, there is a desired destination you are journeying to. My approach and can-do attitude allows me to empower those I work with to identify their desired destination, fuel their potential, and create a plan to get them there. Whether the plan is for personal, small business, corporate or nonprofit sectors doesn’t matter. My passion for continuous improvement is transferred in to everything I do. As a mother of 4, there is never a shortage of problems to solve and areas to improve.
