Work with valley businesses & private clients providing entertainment for their guests. Contract anywhere from 2 to 10 individual musicians to perform duties as professional musicians. Negotiate with clients to develop best fit package where both client and SUEDE Mgmnt can benefit. Perform for audience of 2 to 2000 music specific for the venue and appropriate for demographic profile.

Interview local artists, musicians, producers, hairstylist, makeup artist, authors, DJs, spoken word lyricists, etc who are interested in promoting themselves in the local music scene. Scout talent for each showcase. Organize & Provide an inviting ambiance for artist to be comfortable. Assist in the venue rise in traffic, & sales.

Volunteer with the state diversion program thru Catholic Charities to offer essential job training skills for women to obtain gainful employment. Work to develop a long term effective plan they can stick with & avoid the road that leads to incarceration. Bring real world life experiences & help develop the mindset that they do have other options. Encourage critical thinking and participation so their stories/experiences can help each other.
