Institute PHI works as an integrated part of the Fairfax County Health Department in Virginia to support the department’s COVID-19 contact tracing efforts.

Develop, prepare and facilitate Emergency Medical Services (EMS) coursework to EMS students.I also serve as a volunteer EMT and unit officer providing emergency services in Fairfax County and neighboring jurisdictions.

Provide EMS training to both career and volunteer fire/rescue and police personnel, serve as State Evaluator for the EMS program and conduct First Aid and CPR training for a range of client groups.
