Key role is performing take-offs on civil plans, building templates, generating estimates for a business producing over $15 Million yearly. Managing project needs such as; material needs, permitting and licensing necessitates, acting as liaison between Owners, Contractors, Engineers, and Suppliers ensuring to keep open line of communication. Reducing cost by negotiating prices and fees with vendors while enhancing and developing relationships. Reviewing material and project specifications, generating submittals, create contract documentation and change modifications.Co-partnering with Project Manager(s) and field personnel in managing the project through the duration of the project to ensure we meet milestone schedules and budgets.Worked closely with commercial representatives to discuss procurement needs, and delivery schedules. Reviewing contractual client agreements to ensure they comply with proposals, while independently tracking project progress simultaneously.
