Working in an Agile/Waterfall environment; my organizational responsibilities vary from all facets of business automation process analysis, training and education, content development, technical writing, issue trouble shooting, installations, upgrades, UI/UX design recommendations, client communications, product and client advocacy and support.Accomplishments:Leader and individual contributor to all stages of small-scale to enterprise-wide software deployments for the advertising and sales divisions of over thirteen MVPD and Satellite providers. Over an aggressive four year software deployment schedule; I co-created the training content, coordinated training logistics, and personally conducted onsite and web-based training sessions to over 700 users across 72 cities.Training, learning and education content designer, creator and instructor for eleven courses offered through Comcast University. Creator of self-paced web based CBTs, instructor-led live sessions, and support collateral for over twenty different internal and external software tools and platforms.Content development and author of software manuals, quick reference guides, training decks, installation/upgrade checklists, and skills assessments. Created, oversaw, and reported on monthly footprint-wide linear exposure, cross-channel marketing and advertising schedules valued at over sixty-three million dollars. Created and conducted live instructor-led research training sessions for between twenty and forty new-hire account executives monthly.

Created sales presentations and informational one-sheets for local, regional and national clients and advertising agencies showcasing DMA-level qualitative and quantitative information. Held monthly media educational sessions for internal and external clients. Accompanied Account Executives on weekly sales calls which had an 80% success rate for contract signatures and/or increase in budget for cable advertising expenditures.

I was responsible for part of a $300,000 budget funded by the State of Florida and a staff of ten research assistants to collect information and report on the Northwest Florida economy. I designed the process for collecting, manipulating, and reporting economic and business demographics maintained in 10 databases that reflected the ongoing economic condition of Northwest Florida. I managed the fulfillment of requests made by the general public concerning data in the various databases. I developed and implemented a system for the purpose of tracking the data request process, fulfillment of the request, customer feedback, and created customized metric reporting. My system and process design led to the purchase of new software that better fulfilled data requests. On average data request completion time decreased from 1 week to 1 day, this also resulted in my ability to cross train the staff. I was also responsible for researching new applicable and reliable data sources which resulted in the integration of a GIS mapping tool, on which I was certified. I provided information and maps that assisted in the rezoning of voting districts, school districts, 911 districts, and cable advertising geographies.
