I manage Leapfrog’s various performance measurement, data collection, and public reporting activities. This includes managing the Leapfrog Hospital Survey, Leapfrog Ambulatory Surgery Center Survey, the Hospital Safety Grade, and emerging ratings programs. I am the current chair of the National Quality Forum’s Consensus Standards Approval Committee (CSAC) and have served on various other national committees and technical expert panels. I am also currently leading a four-year project funded by the Gordon and Betty Moore Foundation to develop a national hospital survey on diagnostic safety and quality.
