As a holistic nutrition consultant, I assess eating habits. I provide structured individualized meal plans, which includes recipes & grocery shopping lists, to revitalize clients' health and wellness. I teach clients how easy, inexpensive, delicious, and satisfying whole foods can be. At the end of consultations, clients have a better understanding of the positive impact that nutrient-dense foods have on the body. They have a better idea about what kinds of foods nourish their body and are more confident preparing healthy meals and snacks. Packages range from one meeting to five weeks (longer if client desires), with one hour meetings per week. Notes with guidelines for healthy eating and reaching health goals are given to clients after each meeting. My speciality is pre and postnatal nutrition, however, I work with a variety of male and female clients. In addition to nutrition consultations, I provide Kitchen Helper services that include helping clients cook in their own home, as well as a refrigerator and pantry makeover. I am also available to teach nutrition and introduction to solid foods for infants sessions.
