Design and develop all of the companies audio and speaker products including, passive and active architectural speakers, cabinet speakers, active and passive soundbars, subwoofers and multi channel amplifiers.

Returned as a one-person business unit with oversight of every aspect of Niles $35M loudspeaker business. Responsibilities include market research, concept, design, development, program management, financials, vendor selection and negotiations, packaging collateral material, manufacturing, product launch and life cycle. In this role I represent one third of the company’s revenue and less than one tenth of its resources. Designed, Developed, sourced and launched 33 new products representing over $30M in revenue in less than 8 months.

Defined and analyzed the market trends for all product categories. Established a Customer Service Department and a new Technical Service Department to handle all consumer and dealer inquiries.
