In my second stint as Interim Network Manager in a 2 year period I am providing Design, Architecture, Consulting, Advisory and Engineering leadership across infrastructure domains to build and maintain a robust, reliable, and resilient infrastructure. Primary scope of my role includes: Budget management, IT standards development / adoption, issue management / communications, roadmap planning and prioritization, technical approvals, contract review / negotiation, and vendor management. Selected contributions include: ♦ Evaluation of the top four SDN vendors for upcoming data center refresh. Testing and implementation planned for 2018.♦ Management of data center technology maintenance and corporate IT network support against a 5-year technology refresh schedule.♦ Vendor selection and negotiation of purchase and SOW contracts to deliver significant savings against $1M+ support/maintenance budget.

During a year-long management transition I was asked to serve as the acting Network Manager. In this capacity I provided leadership across infrastructure domains to build and maintain a robust, reliable, and resilient infrastructure, with budget responsibility for ongoing operations of the data center environments.
