Acquisition/takeover of new venture and responsible for financial due diligence and legal due diligence Development of project proposals for banks / NBFC, manage relationship with banks, etc. Development and monitoring of budgets of entire group on a regular basis and develop short-, medium-, and long-term financial plans and projections. Co-ordination with various professional agencies appointed by lenders’ including TEV Consultant, Due- Diligence Consultant Approve and coordinate changes and improvements in automated financial and management information systems for the company. Ensure all finance records are kept accurately and securely and in line with legislative requirements and ensure legal and regulatory compliance regarding all financial functions within the stipulated time. Handling the Legal and Statutory requirements such as Capital project, Property matters, Income-tax, Companies Act related matter, FEMA Act related matter. Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate department staff and ensure effective service delivery within and outside organization. Liaison with Statutory Auditors, Internal Auditors, Bankers and coordinating with Regional Offices, REBs / LEBs, Schools and other field offices.Notable Contributions: Managed to availed finance for more than 25 capital projects and 2 international projects from nationalised banks and foreign bank, Established cordial relationship with bankers / NBFCs. Develop budgetary and MIS system for entire group and implemented in all units. Implemented Customised Tally9.ERP package for Entire Group. Restructured existing finance, availed additional finance with same cash outflow and increasing tenure through rescheduling.
