Experienced technical leader to take charge and drive advance manufacturing, quality systems development, supplier management, and complex project\program management.I began my engineering career in biggest silicon wafer manufacturing company Shin Etsu Semiconductor, when semiconductor industry was at inflection point of big growth, pagers, mobile phones, desktop and laptop were taking off as must have devices, making advanced wafers for TI, Intel, Motorola, and 300+ other fabs in US, I achieved multiple technical patents to my name, and learning a great deal about silicon processing.I joined Intel, working on fab processing making Pentium-4 to Multiple Core Generation in Fab, in turn learning a great deal about semiconductor equipment’s technologies, that gave me a boost to move into equipment development program management, I worked with some of the best minds and companies in the world, international supplier and factories, launched several new technologically advanced equipment’s in manufacturing.I worked with ASM where again a great international exposure to manage fab equipment supply chain, managed to develop several patented heating technologies for advanced ALD and Epitaxy systems.Taking right turn into consumer product manufacturing was a big challenge and risk but turned out to be the most rewarding experience of my life. Joined MTD CORE manufacturing ramp team and launched several batteries powered outdoor power equipment’s. MTD merger with Stanley Black & Decker is even more rewarding to me, today I manage global quality programs for 10 different plants and 200+ different manufacturing lines, keeping big multimillion $ saving in manufacturing in mind.
