The harder you work; the luckier you get! I am positive hard working determined person I'm very polite and friendly. I have strong professional leadership skills. I am able to work at a fast pace with a group or independently. I believe that alone we can do so little but together we can do so much more. We succeeded as a team. I'm the team leader and cheerleader. These are some of the tools that helped me succeed at a Retention/ New Hire Coordinator and Part Time Supervisor at UPS. I strongly believe in people and want to see them and myself succeed. I never want to stop learning about myself. I face fear head on and I can make those quick on demand decisions that a supervisor or leader has to make. I have excellent critical thinking skills and conflict resolution skills.
