Front end management and training.  Customer service and support. Cash handling. Inventory handling and management.Resolve conflict and issues for customers and associates.My number one goal every day is to make sure each customer has the best experience they can have with our establishment.Since starting my position, I have helped associate retention and 5 star ratings climb for our business. Repeat customers to our location because of my and my associates attention to detail and service.I am proud of our tight knit team and the strive to do more every single day.

Almost immediately after starting the position, my husband was promoted to a management role within the same building which meant that I had to leave the site, per company policy.

I started in this role without knowing that we would be moving in just a handful of months! This job was a lot of fun. I enjoyed meeting people and sharing new experiences with them.

This role was selling contracts and cell phones to members. This included selling accessories, new plans, upgrades, devices, and holding huge sign up events.

The company was creating software and hardware for billpay kiosks. It unfortunately laid off all workers in 2013.

I was very fortunate to be employed with Walmart off and on through my children's births and career breaks. I held several different roles with the company. CSM, Service Desk, Cashier, and Money Center.
