    In my current position, I lead business development and sales functions in Tampa, Florida, the second largest office in the USI, managing 29 direct reports. Tasked with producing hypergrowth of 15% a year during a period of rapid change. Achieved 15% growth task and subsequently was honored with the Peak Award, 2022. I entered a chaotic environment with multiple and repetitive roadblocks to success, yet still exceeded targets and all expectations. I innovated through building out an automated platform and created a partnership with an insurance tech firm to move program business forward, sharing commission, attaining $10M in premium and personally retaining $5M. I also secured buy-in from the C-Suite through a data-based detailed initiative. I created a producer onboarding kit, replicated across multiple regions, increasing efficiency, and yielding improved multi-dimensional results. I also onboarded new producers and liaised and coached as an Academy Advisor. Currently mentoring in the UMentor program at USI for women in sales, one of 27 women chosen nationally to lead a circle.

    Here, I was hired at the company as a producer and grew a book of business exponentially, becoming a sales leader and relocating toPennsylvania to lead a team covering Pennsylvania, Maryland, and Delaware. I managed 6 direct reports. I was honored to be the third woman in the Regional Manager role. I cultivated a cohesive culture aligning with Sentry’s prescription and culture and a team environment of mutual respect, support, and career growth encouragement. I authored a 401k training curriculum and trained weekly. I also landed $56M in 401K assets as a team. I was chosen and participated as a key member of the Field Advisory Council. In addition, I assumed a broken, unmotivated team with an extremely low average which was ranked second from the bottom in the entire company. I transformed the unit in two years and produced 80% of an engaged and enthusiastic sales team in the top 20 of the company. In this, I gained trust, forming partnerships, listening, debriefing after presentations, and managing by metrics. On another note, I created a unique and effective follow up methodology. In a few numbers:Skyrocketed CL production 170% and boosted 401(k) production 209% from 2020-2021.Grew weekly quote average from 0.82 to 1.05 CL quotes.Doubled revenue from $31 million to $62M in two years.In addition, I built strong partnerships with UW, unifying Sentry goals and producer production. I also mentored Regional Managers, Division Managers and UW Management, escalating leadership capabilities. I strengthened producer acumen through a partnership with Sentry University. I also shared in the #winning app as an interviewee for benefit of all DW. I was recognized as the Regional Manager of the Year and also pioneered and championed new products to sell.
