• Build and maintain relationships with vendors• Worked with 70 vendors at any given time• Write contacts• Make sure all vendors remained in compliance both insurance and licenses• Sell appliances as well as warranties for appliances• Highly knowledgeable in warranties, had to touch on each point in a warranty• Oversee all remodel projects for the interior program of kitchen and bath remodels• Going to customers home with General Contractors taking measurements getting customers ideas• Build a scope with product and labor to present to the customer• After purchase follow through with customers regarding deliveries satisfaction• Would also support in our Utah area, travel out there, establish relationships with vendors• Schedule all General Contractors, quality checks and project updates, punch list. Programs used, Genesis, 20/20, Excel, and Microsoft Data.
