Shipping & receiving (domestic & international), purchasing, inventory management, and customer service for all spare part orders,repairs, assistance and warranties.

I was mainly responsible for coordinating events, scheduling, budgeting and customer service. Also, I did inventory, ordering and conducting meetings for staff.

As the lead bartender, I am responsible for working alone on the busiest nights with no supervision. I provide excellent, friendly service and always providing guests with local information. Responsible for the restaurant when no supervision in around.

I started Ruby Tuesday as a server, doing basic food serving duties. Immediately became a closer and a trainer, due to all my restaurant industry experience. After 3 months or so, I was promoted to bartender. After 2 months of that I was promoted to shift leader, which is management training. I was acting manger 4 nights a week. I was responsible for seating charts, all complaints, scheduling, inventory, money handling, and shutting down the restaurant.

At National Merchant Solutions, I started as an analyst, doing cold calls for making sales appointments. I did so great at that, I was promoted to sales within 2 months. I moved off and opened other sales offices after that. I eventually got tired of sales so, I came back to the office in Birmingham and did payroll and relationship management. I also created a system for faster paperwork processing.
