Throughout the course of my professional history, I’ve consistently been rewarded with expanded levels of responsibility due to my proficiency for leadership and accountability. I have gained experience in an array of industries. I feel this versatility is a true asset as I have insight into have various businesses operate. Please allow me to expand on some more highlights below: Currently, I am a Scheduling Coordinator at Five Star Diagnostics. In this position, I schedule preventative health screenings, confirm appointments, and answer any patient questions. I also execute administrative and clerical tasks with accuracy and precision. Prior to this time, I served as a Spare Parts Coordinator with Danieli Taranis LLC. This organization focused on offering electrical engineering and automation process controls for the metals industry throughout North America. In this position, I assessed the need for organization and implemented department-wide structures that streamlined operations. In fact, I was credited with launching the department and putting all systems into place. It was also my role to preside over inventory, review historical sales data, and purchase parts to meet impending demand. I’d also like to highlight a time earlier in my career with National Merchant Services as an Office Manager and Senior Account Executive. In this multi-faceted role, I conducted daily meetings, discussed goals, and motivated the sales team to surpass objectives. I also automated office processes for correspondence, record tracking, and client communications. To ensure my professional skills were up to date, I participated in an array of Indeed Assessments in 2021.
