Evaluate operational policies, procedures, systems and strategies to ensure a quality product is produced. Ensure the execution of corrective action and ongoing compliance with customers specifications and requirements. Manage documentation and records to ensure they are complete, current, secure and retrievable for Internal Quality Audits, Corrective Action Reports and Management Review. Interpret data from routine analysis. Validate the materials meet specifications. Generate a CoA for approved material to be shipped to customers. Provide training, coaching, techniques, tools and mentoring to assure all associates are fully capable of achieving Quality Expectations. Collaborate, as needed, to develop the Quality capabilities of associates to enable them to drive towards Zero Quality incidents. Provide oversight of Quality programs and evaluate for compliance through regular audits, gap assessments and risk assessments.
