Lead families individually and as a whole through a process of discovery, healing, and empowering. My focus is on attachment: secure vs insecure attachment, intimacy with spouse, working through trauma, and building towards a Distinct Family Legacy.My education came to a full circle by studying Child Development at Texas Woman's University and Marriage and Family Therapy at The King's University. I have provided therapy to clients struggling with anger, anxiety, grief/loss, depression, stress, and domestic violence in private practice under a licensed clinical psychologist, residential treatment facility, “aged out” of foster care program, and trauma care programs. I have a passion to continuously study and receive training in areas that hinder authentic connections within the family system and subparts between couples, in-laws, and siblings.
