Most recently, I have spent the past 3 years learning and thriving in a new career, HCM software solutions implementation. The primary goal is to successfully work in tandem with other teams across the company, to transition high value clients to their new platform. Added skills included, advanced Microsoft Office knowledge, specifically in Excel. Also, independent project management, advanced project problem solving, virtually training clients and utilizing a sophisticated tracking program for project progression. Prior to working in the software industry, I have over 15 years of experience in customer service management, sales management, project management, consumer and small business relationship management in retail banking. I excel at managing multiple successful sales and service teams, partnering with associated lines of business to create the best client experience possible. This involves attracting new business, servicing, and retaining those clients by building relationships. A passion of mine is working with teams to create a productive, pleasant and successful work environment. Coaching and developing associates takes patience, practice, and skill. I have had year after year of proven success building great teams.I also have managed multiple retail banking locations concurrently; having to overcome several challenges. With each challenge came a new learning experience and I have grown tremendously through the trials and triumphs.
