I worked for Sedgwick for 10 years previously and returned due to the fact I missed working in insurance specifically workers Comp. I kept my seniority and now have 11 years of experience working on workers comp claims.I have my health and life insurance license and my property and casualty insurance license. I am currently licensed in over 35 states. I have roughly 40-50 claims a day that I handle for over 50 companies. I make thorough investigations of each I individual claim and make the decision on how claim will be processed and closed. I also take recorded statements of claimants daily. I did all the workers comp claims for.tbe State of TN, I kept up with the heavy workload daily. My duties included receiving, processing and responding to workers Comp claims. I was responsible for determining the validity of claims made. The position was in a fast paced environment in which I thrived. I had to multitask daily in order to meet my goals for the day. I left employment due to position being changed to a part time position.
