Mobilized a team of parents, teachers, volunteers, students, and community leaders to begin effectively dismantling systemic racism within the city school system, using a targeted approach and with minority leaders of the local community at the helm.

With the approval of the new formulation of Depakote ER, I was the only Abbott representative in my territory. I devised a strategic method of filling the roles of both Liaison and Account Manager, calling on in-patient Psychiatric Hospitals and Mental Health Clinics to collect and report case study data and manage formulary issues, as well as Psychiatic and Neurology Offices to fulfill the role of Account Manager to support writing HCPs with applying new dosages and indications to their daily practices.

Working mostly in cardiology with Plavix and Avapro, I have experience in cath labs and with complex cardio comorbidities. I was part of the roll out for the second FDA indication of PAD for Plavix. I worked with hypertension specialist and clinics specializing in uncontrolled hypertension with Avapro. My tertiary product was Ambien, which had me in psych offices, clinics, and hospitals. My success in sales was built on the foundation of genuine relationships and bringing value to HCPs through my background as a scientist, authentic partnership, collaboration in peer to peer educational opportunities, and resource dissemination that extended far past leaving samples. During my tenure at Sanofi, I headed up the patient assistance program for Plavix in my territory, dedicating days to be in high-need offices filling out paperwork and speaking to patients about accessibility to this lifesaving medication.
