Coded and processed field tickets and invoices for nine warehouses in the Oklahoma/Texas area. Input tickets into Great Plains Dynamics for invoicing. Corporate/company invoices. Handled various aspects of invoice processing which included logging and tracking all batches from invoices, monitoring all invoices for appropriate signature authorization, verification and highlighting of all pertinent invoice information, reviewing compliance of invoices to company policies. Kept inspection stickers, drivers medical cards, driver logs, cab cards and insurance cards current on all vehicles and made sure all drivers preformed the pre-trip safety/maintenance check before leaving the yard making sure their truck passed all Dot requirements. Pay all contract workers per diem and expense reports in a timely manner. Received daily log sheets on each DOT driver, calculated all drive time for each driver and entered logged time on Excel spreadsheet. Responsible for all Freightview electronic billing, coding and creating invoices from Freightview work order. Meet all DOT regulations, log all gas and mileage on spreadsheet for IFTA
