Daily operations of flagship store including opening and closing of store, daily financial paperwork, bank deposits, employee and customer relations, hiring, interviewing.

Management of children’s clothing department including floor sets, processing new inventory, promotional signage per corporate instruction for sales and events, sizing walls and racks, pricing/markdowns, bank deposits and customer service.
