This includes, but is not limited to compliance with all health privacy regulations and policies set by the Kansas Board of Healing Arts.• Oversee market research, competitor analyses and forecasting processes and initiatives.* Directly responsible for the publishing all print materials including "A New View" - the Prairie View consumer magazine.Development:• Strengthen donor base and develop a donor profile for prospective donors. Strategically move all through the development cycle, including proper stewardship. • Develop and execute strategies for annual & planned giving, major gifts, employee, foundation & corporate giving. Employee giving has more than tripled between 2014 & 2016. Annual giving has seen positive gains in 2014, 2015 & 2016. • Implement strategies to reduce donor attrition and reclaim lapsed donors. By 2015, donor attrition had been reduced by 5%.• Write and prepare high-quality proposals, grants, & acknowledgements required to support ongoing fundraising activities. Successful grant applications in 2016 exceeded $1M.• Execute special events that involve corporate and individual sponsorship, ticket sales and other fundraising opportunities. Implemented "A Beautiful View" Art Exhibit and Fundraising event in June 2015. It was a successful inaugural event (cleared revenue of $3,000) with unanimous board support for the event to become a signature for Prairie View. In year 2, the event cleared revenue of $24,000. -
