Strategically move all through the development cycle, including proper stewardship. • Develop and execute strategies for annual & planned giving, major gifts, employee, foundation & corporate giving. Employee giving has more than tripled between 2014 & 2016. Annual giving has seen positive gains in 2014, 2015 & 2016. • Implement strategies to reduce donor attrition and reclaim lapsed donors. By 2015, donor attrition had been reduced by 5%.• Write and prepare high-quality proposals, grants, & acknowledgements required to support ongoing fundraising activities. Successful grant applications in 2016 exceeded $1M.• Execute special events that involve corporate and individual sponsorship, ticket sales and other fundraising opportunities. Implemented "A Beautiful View" Art Exhibit and Fundraising event in June 2015. It was a successful inaugural event (cleared revenue of $3,000) with unanimous board support for the event to become a signature for Prairie View. In year 2, the event cleared revenue of $24,000.
