• Involved in all aspects of litigation support, including legal research, factual investigation, document management, trial preparation of multiple city law firms, with the highest levels of confidentiality and discretion. • Meticulous legal research and filing of various documents with the offices of the County Assessors, County Clerks, District Court Clerks, Federal Court Clerks.• Complex research on Pangaea, Oklahoma Corporation Commission and various websites for land and oil and gas information, including lease activity, production information, pooling and spacing information, etc. • Legal research and filing of various Labor and Employment documents on the US Equal Employment Opportunity Commission website.• Assist with timely drafting correspondence and legal documents supporting case preparation for meetings, court appearances, hearings, depositions and trials. • Manage and maintain docketing calendars for various attorneys and large cases.• Coordinate with co-counsel from multiple outside law firms regarding case organization of responsive documents, filings, hearings and trial preparations.• Perform general legal assistant duties, including billing, accounting, tracking receivables, travel arrangements, as well as internal file organization and maintenance.• Proficient with Excel, Word, Forms, OneNote, Power Point, and Outlook.• Proficient with Adobe Acrobat, Relativity, PACER, Westlaw, LexisNexis. • Novice in Relativity eDiscovery software, including set up new databases, process and ingest new data, run searches, set up review layouts and batches, and run productions. • Collaborate, provide assistant to in-house Relativity Litigation Support Specialist. • Collaborate, provide basic review training and support to in-house attorneys using Relativity eDiscovery databases.• Generate internal instructional manuals and conduct instructional classes on use of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, OneNote and Adobe Acrobat, firmwide.

• Provide research, legal and administrative support for 5 attorneys in office share, various practice law firm.• Create various Excel spreadsheets, including incorporating reviewed fee title instruments, oil and gas leases, assignments, production information, numerical indices and plat maps • Create various Word documents, including drilling title opinions and division order opinions, and incorporate division of interest, ownership details, formulas and other spreadsheet information • Conduct legal and factual research in preparation for drafting memorandums, pleadings and correspondence • Create, prepare and file governing documents for various forms of legal entities • Perform general office duties, including billing, accounting and tracking receivables, filing and researching various documents with the offices of the County Clerk and District Court Clerk, and internal file organization and maintenance
