• Develop new business accounts through effective marketing, cold calling, networking, professional sales presentations, and follow up• Sell a variety of products and services including Commercial space planning, interior design, office furniture, labor and warehousing space• Actively form partnerships with the architecture and design community and build those relationships to create sales opportunities• Assist companies in the process of purchasing furniture for their office in all aspects from product selection, design, layout and color • Resolving problems that may arise from the time the product is ordered, during the installation process and as well as after the product has been purchased and installed. • Work closely with the project teams to establish and manage client expectations, ensuring to meet all contractual obligations• Team up with manufactures’ representatives to close large deals
