She achieved the status of an Amazon best-selling author, a testament to her expertise and authority in leadership when she partnered with several colleagues to release Leadership Fusion – Best Practices to Lead and Influence. Her impressive career started with a B.S. in Human Resource Management and Organizational Behavior from Miami University. While at Miami, she demonstrated her compassion and commitment to helping others by volunteering as a victim advocate and speaking to local school-age students about ways they can use their leadership skills to help others. With a passion for learning and professional growth, Misty earned a Master’s of Education in Adult Education. To round out her education and business focus, she then earned her Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Dayton.Though her skills are clearly diverse, she specializes in business planning, including start-up operations, leadership development, succession planning, employee relations, and financial evaluation.
