I am passionate about creating and delivering memorable experiences for customers of all ages and backgrounds, from beginners to skydivers, from members of the military to people with physical disabilities, and from small groups to large corporate events. With 20+ years of sales experience in various industries, I have developed strong skills in new business development, strategic account management, contract design and negotiations, and customer service solutions and consulting. I also have extensive experience in major event planning, community giveback projects, and media relations. Creativity and customer experience are the pillars of my career and where I find I best thrive. I hold certifications from Dale Carnegie Training and have been recognized as Ambassador of the Year 2023 for the Hampton Roads Chamber of Commerce. I recently completed the LEAD757 program through the HR Chamber which has provided me the wonderful opportunity to build and strengthen my leadership skills through partnerships, education, and networking in our region.

After almost two years as the Sales Manager, I accepted to expand the role to include Marketing Manager. This added the responsibilities of overseeing and executing the iFLY Va Beach marketing strategy. This included creating marketing collateral, website management, media buying, social media, content creation and the planning and execution of all press, sponsorship and charity events.All the while, maintaining responsibility for group sales programs, proactive and reactively converting leads, developing strategic sales objectives, manage business relationships and delivering the dream of flight to everyone.
