• Create and execute business continuity training and workshops
• Conduct business continuity simulations and table top exercises

• Develop and deliver all training needed for the Annuity New Business department and Contact Center, including new hire training
• Create and document all new procedures and procedural changes
• Create, maintain, and update a web based training site, which contains all procedures and cheat sheets needed to perform the business unit job functions
• Assist Project Management in the rollout of new products and in the implementation of IT enhancements for the business area
• Hold regular meetings with management to determine the training needs for the business unit
• Test IT enhancements and product rollouts

- Review loan documents for content and request needed additions and changes from clients- Input loan data into computer system- Keep an organized and up to date list of suspended files to enable easy clearing of conditions- Provide customer service to clients preparing for funding- Fund loan files and prepare for final review
