At A&M Law, we provide quality representation for individuals in the areas of Criminal Defense and Family Law. I am proud to have founded this firm, along with my partner, on the principals of justice, compassion, and the idea that not all legal issues need to be a battle. I serve my clients with a passion for the law, and work hard to achieve life-transforming results.

I wrote advisory memoranda to Judge Molloy concerning a variety of civil and criminal cases pending before the U.S. District Court for the District of Montana as well as for the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.

At the Agency Legal Services Bureau in the Montana Department of Justice, I assisted with providing legal counsel for State agencies and boards in state and federal district court and representing State agencies in contested administrative proceedings.

I take pride in the work and real results I produce by meeting one-on-one with clients and turning their documents and personal stories into action to help them get the results and compensation they deserve. I provide support in personal injury, human rights, and insurance defense cases including drafting pleadings and correspondence, performing legal research, and reviewing discovery documents. I truly enjoy my job, and I am always looking for ways I can better serve our clients and help them achieve great results.

I worked on criminal prosecution cases and local housing authority cases. I also assisted the City Attorney with drafting and producing legal opinions.

I established and maintained a professional legal library starting with an empty room, and fishing with a well-stocked library, organized by the Library of Congress system, and featuring an electronic check-out system which I initiated and maintained. I also provided research assistance and general office services for this local branch of a global law firm.

Provided computer application support to students, faculty, and visitors at San Francisco State University.
