Customer Services Specialist
Current~Investigates and answers operationally driven client inquires within a timely manner including, but not limited to onboarding new clients, coordinating client requests, money movement, general account maintenance and generating reports.~ Serves as primary liaison between Summitry and Custodians including Schwab and Fidelity.~ Completes daily administrative tasks and updates internal systems on a day-to-day basis. ~ Create and implement projects to maximize efficiency in internal systems and teams.~ Elected representative for firm-wide Employee Advocacy Council to assist in fostering a collaborative and empowered workplace.
